Deburring
Removes the burrs and sharp edges left by saw-cutting, shearing, and machining. Available on tube ends and bar cuts when requested. Keeps parts safe to handle, ready to weld, and easier to fit up.
Polishing
Surface finishing on stainless bar and tube:
Tumbling
Bulk finishing for small parts, cut sections, and formed pieces. Cleans up cut edges, removes light scale, and produces a consistent surface across the whole run. Well suited to:
- Production quantities of cut tube or bar sections
- Small formed or bent parts
- Parts headed for plating, powder coat, or paint
- When to combine services
