Cut-to-length service on every bar, tube, and pipe we stock. Order the length you need, skip the shop time, and get straight to fabrication.
What we cut
- Round tube: 4130 chromoly, Docol R8, streamline and aero tube, DOM, ERW, stainless, aluminum, titanium
- Rectangular and square tube
- Round, flat, square, and hex bar in 4130, 4340, aluminum, and stainless
- Pipe
Cut specs
Clean, square cuts held to tolerances suitable for most fabrication and pre-machining work. Volume runs and one-offs both welcome. Miter cutting available.
Tighter tolerances available on request. If your print calls for a specific cut tolerance, send it with the order and we will confirm before running.
End finishing – deburr and chamfering
Why order it cut
Every foot you cut in-house is time your welder or fabricator is not welding or fabricating. On production work, saw time adds up fast. On prototypes or short runs, cut-to-length eliminates handling, waste, and setup on materials you only need once. Cut lengths often ship for less than full length tubes.
How to order
Include:
- Grade and specification (AMS, ASTM, or MIL if applicable)
- OD and wall for tube, or bar dimensions
- Cut length and quantity
- Any tolerance callouts
- Angle of cut if not 90 degrees
