Sheet materials sheared
- 4130 chromoly sheet: annealed (Condition A, AMS 6350) and normalized (Condition N, AMS 6345)
- Docol R8: dual phase advanced high strength steel from SSAB
- Aluminum sheet: bare, alclad, and prepainted grades
- Stainless steel sheet: 304 and 430 in mill (2B), brushed (#4), #8 mirror, and bright annealed finishes
- Steel sheet: cold rolled, hot rolled, and P&O (HRPO)

Capabilities and limits
Shearing works best on flat sheet within our standard thickness ranges. For thicker plate or complex profiles, we will point you to the right process (laser, waterjet, or supplied full-sheet for in-house cutting).
Standard tolerances hold for most fabrication work. Tighter dimensional or squareness callouts available on request.
